The marriage contract needs to be signed by the Nikah Khawan, Official Nikah Registrar and the couple. The witnesses also need to sign the marriage contract.
Marriage Registration Certificate: The couple needs to register their marriage with the relevant Union Council or Municipal Corporation within 30 days of the court marriage.
